Refund policy
OUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)

TIMING FOR A RETURN
To receive your refund to your original method of payment, your online return must be initiated within 30 days of the order shipment date.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. RETURN OF MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ONLINE
We offer the following options to return items in your order:
RETURN BY MAIL
- Use the postage-paid return label provided in your packaging.
- Affix the return label to your box.
- Leave your package where you normally leave outgoing mail or take it to your local post office.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
Please allow up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. Return tracking information will be available up to three days after mailing. You will receive an email once your return is processed. Please allow up to an additional 5 business days for the credit to post to your account. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.
